Lithography by Madeleine Pyk
Madeleine Pyk paints in a naïve style and often uses strong colors. Her range of motifs includes landscapes, still lifes and portraits. In Pyk's motifs there is a strong longing for the idyllic. She depicts hot summer images and icy winter views. She captures the essence of cats and tigers, colors gardens with joy and fills Stockholm with Ottoman and French influences.
Madeleine Pyk is represented at Modern Museum Stockholm, Stockholm City's collection, as well as museums all arounf Sweden.
