Large poodle figurine in excellent condition. Hand painted underglaze details and accurate proportions make this piece a lovely decor to any room. Designed by professor Theodor Kärner in the 1930’s for Rosenthal.
The figurine is marked underneath “Prof. Th. KÄRNER”, the iconic green Rosenthal mark and the word “handgemalt” meaning hand painted. Model number 1211.
